解读美国社区发展及规划演变

随着城市化进程推进以及城市规划理论完善,美国社区规划从19世纪发展至今,经历了3个发展阶段并产生相应的设计理念.从最初重视社区景观营造的物质形态规划,到20世纪中期强调社区服务功能的实用主义规划,到当代以人的感受为核心的新城市主义规划.这些理念有效指导了当时美国社区的规划和发展.通过介绍美国当代社区规划动态,以及社区规划建设的经验,将理论和实践紧密结合在一起,更好地诠释规划和设计理念要与当时的经济社会背景相结合,规划的本质是创造美好的生活.
