用SSR和SRAP标记技术对结球甘蓝西园六号进行品种纯度鉴定,从94对SSR引物和109对SRAP引物中分别筛选出4对条带清晰、多态性较高且具有高度区分度的引物.依据8对引物在西园六号及其亲本的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测结果,构建了清晰的品种指纹图谱.通过对特异片段的序列分析,比较了亲本特异片段的碱基差异并揭示了杂交后代中产生非亲条带的本质,将SSR转化为SCAR标记.SSR和SRAP分子标记构成的DNA指纹图谱及SCAR标记,为西园六号品种纯度快速鉴定提供了科学依据.
