目的总结改制克氏针刀治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床经验.方法将克氏针刀垂直刺入肌腱膨大处,把狭窄的部位完全切开,观察手指活动无阻挡即可.结果 206例采用此法均治愈,无针孔感染,无复发.结论克氏针刀具有损伤小、操作简单、一次治愈的特点,疗效满意,值得骨伤科门诊推广应用.
