基于谐振式科里奥利质量流量计的测量原理,提供了该流量计的数学模型。给出了检测质量流量的信号解算模型。设计了一种信号解算电路并研制了相应的样机。实测结果表明所研制的信号检测电路的测量精度优于千分之一,具有一定的实用价值,为样机研制提供了具有一定参考意义的理论和实验研究结果。
Based on the principle of resonant Coriolis mass flowmeter measurement, the mathematical model of the flowmeter is provided. The signal solution model for detecting mass flow is given. Designed a signal solution circuit and developed the corresponding prototype. The measured results show that the measured signal detection circuit developed better than the one-thousandth of the measurement accuracy, has a certain practical value for the prototype provided with a certain reference significance of theoretical and experimental research results.
