目的了解融水苗族自治县2004―2015年流行性腮腺炎(简称腮腺炎)的流行特征,为有效防控腮腺炎提供科学依据。方法通过国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统收集融水苗族自治县2004―2015年腮腺炎疫情资料,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果该县2004―2015年共报告腮腺炎病例3 171例,年均发病率为53.38/10万。全年各月均有病例发生,其中以5―7月报告病例数最多,共报告1 242例,占病例总数的39.17%。全县20个乡镇均有病例发生,报告发病率居前3位的乡镇分别为怀宝镇120.76/10万(243例)、融水100.58/10万(1 071例)、永乐81.32/10万(281例)。男性1 835例,女性1 336例,男女性别比为1.37∶1;各年龄组均有发病,主要以15岁以下为主,占总数的84.42%(2 677例);病例职业以学生居首位,占65.12%(2 065例),其次为托幼儿童占15.23%(483例)、散居儿童占10.19%(323例)。结论 2004―2015年融水苗族自治县腮腺炎发病人群主要为学生、托幼儿童、散居儿童,今后应进一步调整免疫规划策略,对适龄儿童开展加强免疫接种。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of Mumps (Mumps) in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County from 2004 to 2015, and to provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of mumps. Methods The epidemiological data of mumps from 2004 to 2015 in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County were collected through the National Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 3 171 cases of mumps were reported in the county from 2004 to 2015, with an average annual incidence of 53.38 / 100 000. Cases occurred in all the months of the year, of which the most cases were reported in May-July, a total of 1 242 cases were reported, accounting for 39.17% of the total cases. The townships and townships in the top 20 in the county have 120.76 / 100000 (243 cases), 100.58 / 100000 (1071 cases) and Yongle 81.32 / 100000 (281 cases). There were 1 835 males and 1 336 females with a male / female ratio of 1.37: 1. All age groups had morbidity, mainly under 15 years of age, accounting for 84.42% (2 677 cases) of the total; , Accounting for 65.12% (2 065 cases), followed by kindergartens and nurses (15.23%, 483 cases) and scattered children (10.19%, 323 cases). Conclusion The population of mumps in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County from 2004 to 2015 are mainly students, kindergarten children and scattered children. In the future, the strategy of immunization planning should be further adjusted to strengthen the immunization of school-age children.
