对照发达国家和地区造价管理情况,分析了我国水运工程造价管理体系的现状和目前水运造价管理存在的相关问题,提出通过行业协会逐步承接政府管理职能以解决相关问题,符合国际惯例,可以更好地与国际接轨。该模式应将会是水运工程造价管理长期发展的趋势。
According to the situation of cost management in developed countries and regions, this paper analyzes the status quo of cost management system in China and the current problems in water cost management. It is suggested that it is better to undertake government management functions through industry associations in order to solve the related problems, in line with international practice.
