随着社会经济的不断发展,人力资源管理的影响力也在与日俱增,企业也越来越重视人力资源的管理问题,人力资源管理对中小企业的生存和发展有着重要的影响和作用。本文对我国中小企业人力资源管理存在的问题及原因进行研究和分析,阐述人力资源管理对中小企业发展壮大的重要性,并提出对我国中小企业人力资源管理问题的解决对策。
With the continuous development of social economy, the influence of human resource management is also increasing day by day. Enterprises are also paying more and more attention to the management of human resources. Human resource management plays an important role in the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper studies and analyzes the problems and causes of human resource management in SME in our country, expounds the importance of human resource management to the development and growth of SMEs, and proposes solutions to the human resource management problems of SMEs in our country.
