淮河入江水道三河闸工程启闭机为2×75kN弧门卷扬式启闭机,已安全运行近60年,但受工程建设年代客观条件限制,变速系统、制动刹车系统等可靠性差,结构形式落后,机械零部件制式已淘汰,设备运行维护困难。最大启门力超过启闭机的额定容量,存在严重的安全隐患。根据相关标准、规范及批复,三河闸启闭机必须报废更新。本文针对改启闭机启闭容量小、启闭速度慢、支铰轴套承压大等特点,对该工程启闭机传动机构和布置形式进行了重新设计。
The hoist for the Three Rivers Project of the Huaihe River into the river is a 2 × 75kN arc-gate hoist that has been operating safely for nearly 60 years. However, due to the objective conditions of the project construction period, the reliability of the transmission system and the brake system is poor. In this paper, aiming at the features of small opening and closing capacity, slow opening and closing speed, large bearing pressure of supporting bushing and so on, the transmission mechanism and layout of the hoist are redesigned.
