从古到今,考试历来是选拔人才的一种行之有效的方式。这家大公司招聘一名总经理助理,也采用了考试这种方式。但这是一次不同寻常的考试:试题共有20道,题量大,既偏又怪,而且要求在短短3分钟内做完。为了抓紧时间答题,不少考生匆匆扫视一眼试卷,就迫不及待地从头至尾往下做。尽管如此,3分钟过后,除两三个考生交卷外,大多数考生试卷都未做完。
From ancient times to the present, examinations have always been an effective way of selecting talents. This large company hired a general manager assistant and adopted the test. But this is an unusual examination: there are 20 questions in total, the questions are large, both partial and strange, and they are required to be completed in just 3 minutes. In order to hurry up the time and answer the questions, many candidates hurriedly glanced at the papers and could not wait to do it from beginning to end. In spite of this, after 3 minutes, most of the candidate’s exam papers were not completed except for two or three candidates.
