施工升降机装配调试过程中经常出现吊笼和传动板无法直接装配,目前国内生产厂家通常采用“烧耳朵”方法来实现两者的装配组合。但采用该方法,存在厂内装配调试效率极其低下,施工升降机产品质量也难以保证等问题。本文引入装配互换性概念,介绍一种新方法,并使其在施工升降机装配调试中得以合理应用,彻底避免了因采用“烧耳朵”方法来实现吊笼和传动板的装配时伴随的诸多问题,大大提高了产品的市场竞争力。
