在小样本试验基础上,进行了甲维盐与阿维菌素对麦长管蚜野生种群的室内毒力测定,并利用DPS芬尼分析模块对生测数据进行处理。结果表明,20 min左右2种药剂致死效应差异最大,甲维盐对阿维菌素10 min到60 min 6个时间段的LD50致死剂量比率测定值依次为464.923、146.150 3、143 296.7、53 371.90、58.094与6.240 04。阿维菌素类微生物源杀虫剂药效高且环境兼容性好,在蚜虫无公害治理方面有很好的实用价值。
On the basis of a small sample test, the in vivo toxicity of the carbaryl and abamectin to the wild population of Aphis gossypii was determined and the biochemical data were processed using DPS Finnish analysis module. The results showed that the lethal effect of the two agents had the largest difference at about 20 min. The LD50 lethal dose ratio of 6 doses of emamectin from 6 hours to 6 hours was 464.923,146.150 3,143,296.7,53 371.90 , 58.094 and 6.240 04. Abamectin microbial source insecticides with high efficacy and good environmental compatibility, aphids in the pollution control has a very good practical value.
