赛果高速公路工程的赛里木湖和将军沟隧道是新疆地区的长大高速公路隧道,具有地质环境条件复杂、岩层节理裂隙发育、风化严重、含水丰富且隧道的大部分位于赛里木湖湖面以下、围岩变形大和自稳时间短等特点。通过严格采用新奥法施工,根据开挖面地质素描、周边收敛、拱顶下沉、锚杆轴向力、地表下沉、喷层应力、格栅拱架内外力、围岩体内变形、二衬应力和外力等监控量测内容,以及地质雷达超前地质预报,及时进行设计变更并调整初期支护参数和施工工艺,确保了各条隧道的安全和经济施工。针对砂砾岩土和呈流塑状的炭质泥岩,给出了在初期支护条件下围岩的变形特征以及稳定性状态和临界准则。其监控量测结果对相类似隧道的设计与施工具有参考价值。
The Sailing Lake and the Junlong Gully Tunnel of the Seosong Expressway project are large-scale expressway tunnels in Xinjiang. These tunnels are characterized by complex geological and environmental conditions, well-developed fissures and fractures, and are heavily weathered. Through rigorous adoption of the new Austrian law construction, according to the excavation surface geological sketch, the surrounding convergence, vault sinking, anchor axial force, surface subsidence, spray stress, grille arch internal and external forces, deformation of surrounding rock body, Lining stress and external force monitoring and measurement content, as well as advanced geological prediction of geological radar, timely design changes and adjust the initial support parameters and construction technology to ensure the safety and economic construction of various tunnels. In view of the gravelly soil and the flow-shaped carbonaceous mudstone, the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock under initial supporting conditions, as well as the stability conditions and critical criteria are given.
