《非金属矿》杂志第三届编委会第一次会议,于1987年8月18日在北京召开。出席的有本刊顾问、正副主任委员以及编委们。会议由副主任委员于延棠同志主持。本刊顾问、中非总公司胡兆扬副总经理受国家建材局信息司委托宣读了《非金属矿》杂志第三届编委会组成名单。本刊主任委员、主办单位苏州非金属矿工业设计研究院院长潘节文和主编陈天英分别就办刊和编辑工作作了汇报,并提出近期编辑方针、报导重点。会议请北京钢铁学院教授童光煦、北京市科协主席任湘两顾问作了重要讲话。各编委就如何进一步办好刊物发表了宝贵的意见和建议。最后,胡兆扬同志讲了话,他对各编委在百忙中来京与会表示感谢。他谈到本刊是我国 The first meeting of the third editorial board of “Non-metallic Minerals” magazine was held in Beijing on August 18, 1987. Attending the meeting are the consultant, the vice chairperson and the editorial board. The meeting was chaired by the deputy chairman Comrade Yu Yanzhao. The consultant of the Journal and the Deputy General Manager of China National Africa Corporation Hu Zhaoyang were entrusted by the Information Department of the State Building Materials Administration to read the list of the editorial boards for the third edition of the “Non-Metal Mine” magazine. Chairman of the journal, the director of Suzhou Non-metallic Minerals Industry Design and Research Institute Pan Jiewen and editor-in-chief Chen Tianying respectively reported on their operations and editorial work, and proposed the editorial guidelines and the focus of the report in the near future. The meeting invited Professor Tong Guangkai, a professor at Beijing Iron and Steel Institute, and Ren Xiang, a consultant from Beijing Science and Technology Association, to give an important speech. Various editorial committees issued valuable opinions and suggestions on how to better handle publications.
