伴随经济体制的转型,中国城市管理的法制建设经历了从恢复、适应、发展到逐步完善的历程,为市场经济体制的建立和城市经济的发展起到重要的保障作用。我国未来的经济发展方向和经济体制的完善决定了城市管理法制建设必须在产业结构、自主创新、财税、金融与投资、城乡统筹、节能环保等方面进一步深化,从细节上规范和约束经济主体的行为。
With the transformation of economic system, the legal system construction of urban management in China has undergone a process from restoration, adaptation and development to gradual improvement, which plays an important role in safeguarding the establishment of a market economy and the development of urban economy. The future direction of economic development and the perfection of economic system in our country determine that the legal construction of urban management must be further deepened in terms of industrial structure, independent innovation, finance and taxation, finance and investment, urban and rural areas, energy saving and environmental protection, and regulate and restrict economic subjects from details behavior.
