为发挥学生在教学活动中的主体作用,教师的作用应是“以其所知,喻其不知,使其知之”,使学生养成勤于思考的习惯和学会善于思考的方法。小学数学教学宜从以下三个方面对学生进行因势利导:1.抓住新旧知识的转化条件,引导学生从旧知导出新知。引导方法上,既可先引后练,也可先练后引。例如,数学异分母分数加减法,我先通过复习,使通分与同分母分数加减法两部分旧知在学生脑子里再现,再引导学生把这两部分内容联系起来解决异分母分数加减法。具体过程:
