阐述在框架结构中采用预制与预应力混凝土的结构效率和经济利益。用先张混凝土预制构件和就位现浇面层混凝土相接合所形成的迭合式结构 (半装配式结构 )体系 ,比全现浇结构体系重量更轻、更省材料。在现浇混凝土面层之前 ,先对预制先张混凝土梁、板加以支撑 ,然后浇灌混凝土面层 ,又可进一步减小构件的截面尺寸和重量。用预制构件中的钢筋伸入并锚固于后浇混凝土中所构成的连接方法 ,可以代替其它一些连接方法 ,或者和其它方法混合使用 ,例如与机械套筒连接混用。用预制构件体系装配成的房屋建筑框架 ,结构的整体性好 ,具有足够的强度、刚度和耐久性以抵抗地震荷载
Describe the structural efficiency and economic benefits of using precast and prestressed concrete in frame structures. The prefabricated concrete prefabricated parts and cast-in-place concrete layer formed by the combination of the laminated structure (semi-assembly structure) system, all-cast structural system than the lighter weight, more provincial material. Before the cast-in-place concrete pavement, the prefabricated pre-stressed concrete beams and slabs are first supported and then the concrete surfacing is poured to further reduce the cross-sectional dimensions and weight of the components. The joining method formed by extending the steel bar in the prefabricated member and anchoring it in the post-cast concrete can be used instead of or in combination with other methods such as mixing with a mechanical sleeve. The prefabricated building system is assembled into a building framework that is structurally sound and of sufficient strength, stiffness and durability to withstand seismic loads
