水产苗种质量安全监督抽查是农业部为了促进水产品质量安全水平提高的一项监管工作,而抽样工作是监督抽检的基础环节,由于此项工作涉及面广、参加的单位多,以及苗种采样过程具有一定特殊性,使得抽检过程往往会遇到“苗种规格多样化”、“抽样时间不合适”、“育苗品种变更大”和“苗种样品储运难”等问题。本文详细地分析了这些问题的成因,同时提出了对策和建议。
