从当前小企业状况上看,对于生产能力的综合竞争力提高,应该从精益生产管理技术的引入开始。精益生产方式对企业的各方面环节,都能够起到促进作用。本文不仅介绍了精益生产的各个基本情况,同时对精益生产在小企业实行的可行性进行了详尽的分析,结合了当前的具体情况,经过对实际问题的考察,从而得出小企业实施精益生产具体措施,首先从宣传上给予促进,同时对推行各项细则的过程中,应该从细处着手,这样才能保证小企业实施精益生产方式有效性和利益最大化的多面性考虑。
From the current situation of small businesses, the overall competitiveness of production capacity to improve, should start from the introduction of lean manufacturing management technology.
