换血疗法抢救急性有机磷中毒，已屡见于文献报道[1、2]，但量子血置换疗法预防和治疗急性有机磷中毒过程中出现的呼吸衰竭、脑水肿及肺水肿等方面报道较少。我院自1993年6月至1996年6月，采用上述方法抢救急性有机磷中毒30例，现将临床疗效分析报告如下。1临床资料1．1一般资料
Transfusion therapy to rescue acute organophosphate poisoning has been reported in the literature (1, 2). However, fewer reports on respiratory failure, cerebral edema and pulmonary edema occurred during the prevention and treatment of acute organophosphate poisoning by quantum blood replacement therapy. Our hospital from June 1993 to June 1996, the use of the above methods to rescue 30 cases of acute organophosphate poisoning, clinical efficacy now report as follows. 1 clinical data 1.1 general information
