目的为了解新疆昌吉州医疗机构消毒质量状况,分析影响因素,为加强和完善医院消毒管理与控制院内感染提供科学依据。方法采样、检测方法均依据2002版卫生部《消毒技术规范》进行。结果共监测样品993份,合格样品897份,总合格率为90.33%。其中污水合格率最低为38.46%,其次是室内空气合格率为71.57%、高压灭菌合格率为81.08%、消毒剂浓度合格率为83.58%、紫外线辐照强度合格率为87.50%、物体表面合格率为89.45%、热源合格率为94.64%,其他项目合格率为100%。Ⅱ类区域室内空气合格率明显低于Ⅲ类区域(P<0.01)。一级医疗机构高压灭菌低于二级医疗机构(P<0.01)。结论医院污水消毒问题严重,应加强监督管理。Ⅱ类区域室内空气消毒质量问题应引起高度重视。建议建立集中式高压灭菌供应单位,保证消毒效果。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection quality of medical institutions in Changji, Xinjiang, analyze the influencing factors and provide scientific basis for strengthening and improving hospital disinfection management and nosocomial infection control. Methods Sampling, testing methods are based on the 2002 version of the Ministry of Health “disinfection technical specifications”. Results A total of 993 samples were monitored and 897 samples were qualified. The total pass rate was 90.33%. Among them, the lowest qualified rate of wastewater was 38.46%, the qualified rate of indoor air was 71.57%, the qualified rate of autoclave sterilization was 81.08%, the pass rate of disinfectant concentration was 83.58%, the pass rate of ultraviolet radiation intensity was 87.50% The rate of 89.45%, heat qualified rate of 94.64%, other projects pass rate of 100%. Class II indoor air pass rate was significantly lower than the Class Ⅲ area (P <0.01). First-class medical institutions autoclaved lower than the two medical institutions (P <0.01). Conclusion The serious problems of hospital water disinfection should be strengthened supervision and management. Class Ⅱ indoor air disinfection quality problems should be given high priority. Proposed to establish a centralized autoclave supply unit to ensure disinfection.
