目的对第五轮海南省全球基金疟疾项目实施一年进行效果评价。方法根据海南省疟疾疫情报告、项目月报表、季报表、基线调查及2007年度专项调查资料统计分析。结果第五轮海南省全球基金疟疾项目覆盖全省16个市县,2007年发病数较上年同期下降8.36%,无疟疾死亡病例报告。1年完成发热病人血检148012人次,病例(含疑似病例)治疗50239人次(间日疟35328例,恶性疟14911例),项目地区居民带虫率较基线调查水平1.19%降低至1.12%,24h内疟疾病例规范治疗的比例较基线调查水平20.09%上升到24.22%、疟疾病例1周内报告的比例较基线调查水平19.6%上升到24.64%,达到了项目第一年的目标要求。结论海南省实施第五轮海南省全球基金疟疾项目成效显著。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the fifth round of Hainan Province Global Fund malaria project for one year. Methods According to the malaria epidemic report, monthly report, quarterly report, baseline survey and 2007 special survey data in Hainan Province. Results The fifth round of Hainan Province Global Fund malaria project covers 16 cities and counties in the province, the incidence in 2007 dropped 8.36% over the same period a year earlier, no case of malaria deaths. In one year, 148012 people with fever were completed, 50,239 people with suspected cases were treated (35,328 cases of Plasmodium vivax and 14911 cases of falciparum malaria). The population of resident insects in the project area was reduced to 1.12% from the baseline level of 1.19% The proportion of standard malaria treatment cases increased from 20.09% to 24.22% compared with the baseline survey level. The proportion of malaria cases reported within one week increased from 19.6% to 19.6% of the baseline survey level, meeting the target of the first year of the project. Conclusion The implementation of the fifth round of Hainan Province Global Fund malaria project in Hainan Province has achieved remarkable results.
