神经源性膀胱严重危害患儿的生命与生存质量,其治疗是迄今为止尚未解决的难题。由于尿路功能重建手术疗效不确切,目前保守治疗仍是首选的治疗手段。近年来间歇清洁导尿、膀胱功能训练、药物治疗、电刺激及神经调控等技术不断进入临床研究,并显示出良好的应用前景,其中一些方法已成为临床治疗的标准方案。同时组织工程器官与干细胞移植的研究也取得了巨大的进步,为神经源性膀胱的治疗提供了新思路。
