本文所述是浮顶油罐强度与刚度分析计算的一个组成部分,浮顶油罐是国际上正在推广使用的一种新型貯油装置,对于节约能源有较大的经济价值。浮顶油罐中的关键部件——浮板,其力学模型是一个周边固支、中间有若干支柱的园形薄板。为了计算浮板的抗弯能力,本文将用小挠度理论分析其弯曲挠度。这一问题在板壳理论中属于边界条件复杂的杂形板,在土木建筑工程中属于圆形无梁楼盖。本文结合这个工程实际问题,介绍了一种规格化的分析计算方法(其基本思想属于结构力学中的力法),这一方法的优点是便于编制电算程序,本文介绍的电算程序框图便是根据这种方法编制的。用basic语言编制的浮板小挠度电算源程序已在甘肃省计算中心的Wcs——80机上试算通过,在试通程序的过程中曾得到我校化机专业陈景义同志及甘肃省计算中心魏克文同志的大力协助,谨此说明。
This article is an integral part of the analysis and calculation of the strength and stiffness of the floating roof tank.
