目的探讨火炭母水提物抗炎、镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯诱导小鼠耳廓肿胀法、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加法造模,观察火炭母水提物的抗炎作用;采用小鼠热板法和扭体法观察火炭母水提物的镇痛作用。结果火炭母水提物可减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀及抑制醋酸所致的毛细血管通透性增加,并缓解由热板法和醋酸所致的疼痛。结论火炭母具有抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of aqueous extract of firefly mother charcoal. Methods The auricle swelling of mice was induced by xylene, and the peritoneal capillary permeability of mice was induced by acetic acid. The anti-inflammatory effects of water extracts from firewood were observed. Analgesic effect of mother water extract. Results Foam mother water extract can reduce swelling of mice ear and inhibit the increase of capillary permeability caused by acetic acid and alleviate the pain caused by hot plate method and acetic acid. Conclusion Foam mother has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
