目的：探讨提高治疗变应性鼻炎效果的方法。方法：利用鼻内窥镜下筛前神经射频治疗变应性鼻炎患者８８ 例，随防１ 年。结果：显效７３ 例（８３．０％ ），有效１１ 例（１２．５％ ），无效 ４ 例（４．５％ ），总有效率达９５．５％ 。结论：鼻内窥镜下筛前神经射频治疗变应性鼻炎具有疗效显著、操作方便、治疗部位准确等优点，有较好临床应用价值。
Objective: To explore ways to improve the efficacy of treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: Eighty-eight patients with allergic rhinitis treated with ethmoidal nerve before screening under nasal endoscopy were included in this study. Results: The effective rate was 73 cases (83.0%), effective in 11 cases (12.5%), invalid in 4 cases (4.5%), the total effective rate was 95.5%. Conclusion: The treatment of allergic rhinitis by screening the anterior ethmoidal nerve under the endoscopic sinus has the advantages of significant curative effect, convenient operation and accurate treatment site, which has a good clinical value.
