采用溶剂提取、萃取粗分离、硅胶和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及制备HPLC等纯化技术,从采自北京郊区的尼泊尔菊三七栽培品中分离得到10个化合物。通过波谱分析并参考文献数据鉴定其结构分别为(3R)-3-羟基-β-紫罗兰酮(1)、(3S,5R,6S,7E)-5,6-环氧-3-羟基-7-大柱香波龙烯-9-酮(2)、(+)-boscialin(3)、3,6-反-3-羟基-α-紫罗兰酮(4)、3,6-顺-3-羟基-α-紫罗兰酮(5)、3,4-顺-3,4-二羟基-β-紫罗兰酮(6)、咖啡酸乙酯(7)、黑麦草内酯(8)、3-甲酰基吲哚(9)和3-羟乙酰基吲哚(10)。所有10个化合物均为首次从尼泊尔菊三七中分离鉴定,且化合物1、2、4-7、9和10为首次从菊三七属植物中分离得到。化合物1-6在结构上均属于具有相同的大柱香波龙烷碳架的C13降-倍半萜类化合物,根据本研究,其是尼泊尔菊三七的主要化学成分类别之一,对其植物分类学研究具有一定的参考价值。
Ten compounds were isolated from the cultivated Neisseria notoginseng collected from the suburbs of Beijing using solvent extraction, crude crude extracts, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures of (3R) -3 -hydroxy-β-ionone (1), (3S, 5R, 6S, 7E) -5,6-epoxy- (2), (+) - boscialin (3), 3,6-trans-3-hydroxy-α-ionone (4), 3,6-cis- (5), 3,4-cis-3,4-dihydroxy-β-ionone (6), caffeic acid ethyl ester (7), ryegrass lactone (8) Indole (9) and 3-hydroxyacetylindole (10). All 10 compounds were isolated and identified from N. chrysantha for the first time, and compounds 1, 2, 4, 7, 9 and 10 were isolated from chrysanthemum for the first time. Compounds 1-6 are structurally all C13-substituted-sesquiterpenes with the same large-chambered, behenylidenecarboxanide, which according to this study is one of the major chemical constituents of N. chrysantha in Nepal, Taxonomy research has some reference value.
