作者利用兔失血性休克模型观察高渗及等渗液治疗前后,血浆中去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、血浆肾素活性、血管紧张素Ⅰ、醛固酮及皮质醇的改变,籍以探讨休克时以及输液治疗后内分泌的变化。谈实验结果表明,失血性休克时内分泌系统的变化是迅速而明显的,但各自的反应又不相同。休克时该组兔的去甲肾上腺素和肾上腺素浓度分别增高3、3.5倍。作者认为造成这种差异的原因可能是由于种属的差异,以及在制备动物模型期间已经受一定的应
Using hemorrhagic shock model of rabbit to observe the changes of plasma norepinephrine, epinephrine, plasma renin activity, angiotensin I, aldosterone and cortisol before and after hypertonic and isotonic solution treatment, Endocrine changes after infusion therapy. The experimental results show that the changes of the endocrine system in hemorrhagic shock are rapid and obvious, but their responses are not the same. In rabbits, the concentrations of norepinephrine and epinephrine in rabbits increased by 3 and 3 times respectively.
