《秘书》2002年第11期刊登了王增藩先生关于通知写作的指导性文章《准确无误 简洁明了——谈通知的写作与修改》(以下简称王文)。笔者认为,王文至少有三点值得商榷。
In the 11th issue of “Secretary” in 2002, Wang Guofan published a guide article on the notice writing, which is “accurate and concise - on the writing and amendment of notices” (hereinafter referred to as Wang Wen). I believe that at least three Wang Wen is debatable.
