目的:评价东革阿里乙醇总提物对氧嗪酸钾致高尿酸血症模型大鼠的影响。方法:使用氧嗪酸钾诱导高尿酸血症大鼠模型,以大鼠血清中尿酸含量>110μmol/L为造模成功。将造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、别嘌醇阳性对照组及东革阿里乙醇总提物高、低剂量组,给予相应药物处理。测定不同时间点大鼠血清尿酸水平。给药结束后检测大鼠肝脏和血清中黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性。病理组织切片HE染色方法检查东革阿里乙醇总提物对大鼠肾脏组织病理学的影响。结果:东革阿里乙醇总提物能显著降低大鼠血清尿酸水平及肝脏和血清中XOD、ADA活性,改善肾脏组织病理学改变。结论:东革阿里乙醇总提物能显著降低高尿酸血症大鼠尿酸水平,改善肾脏组织病理学改变。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of Tongkat Ali ethanol extract on hyperuricemia model rats induced by oxonic acid potassium. Methods: The rat model of hyperuricemia induced by oteracil potassium was established successfully. The uric acid content> 110μmol / L in rat serum was used as model. The successful model rats were randomly divided into model group, allopurinol positive control group and Tongkat Ali ethanol total extract of high and low dose group, given the appropriate drug treatment. Serum uric acid levels were measured at different time points. After administration, the activities of xanthine oxidase (XOD) and adenosine deaminase (ADA) in rat liver and serum were detected. Pathological changes of HE staining method to check the total extract of Tongkat Ali rat kidney histopathological impact. Results: Total extract of Tongkat Ali ethanol could significantly decrease serum uric acid level, XOD, ADA activity in liver and serum, and improve renal histopathological changes. Conclusion: Tongkal Ali ethanol extract can significantly reduce the level of uric acid in hyperuricemic rats and improve renal histopathological changes.
