针对彬长矿区胡家河矿井全基岩、井筒直径大、井壁受力复杂的特点,介绍了C70高性能混凝土原材料选择、配合比设计、计量、拌合、运输、浇筑、养护等过程的质量控制,从混凝土配合比入手研究混凝土的工作特性,经过试验段的进一步验证,优化C70高性能混凝土的工作性能、降低水化热、防止裂缝发生、提高耐久性及力学性能使混凝土的和易性、坍落度、流动性满足岩石地下工程的施工现场条件,对于C70混凝土的浇筑,除在施工工艺进行精心组织外,实现人们对地下工程被复混凝土结构“内实外美”的质量要求。降低井壁厚度,提高井壁混凝土的耐久性。
