这篇稿子是广州铁路局广州建筑段电机班的工人同志们写的。他们在党的基本路线指引下,积极开展科学实验和技术革新,创造了不少成果。14千伏安远控交流弧焊机是其中的一项,是他们在没有什么设计资料可供借鉴的情况下,发挥集体力量,自己研究、设计、试制成功的。这种远控交流弧焊机的研制成功,免除了在桥梁或屋架上进行作业的焊工为了调节焊机电流而爬上爬下,从而便利了作业,保证了安全,有利于提高工效和质量。 全路工务工程系统的工人同志们,在科学实验、技术革新和生产实践中,正不断地创造出新的技术经验和革新成果。希望工人同志们能够把自己的经验和成果写出来,投寄本刊。
This manuscript is written by the workers’ comrades of the Guangzhou Railway Administration’s Guangzhou section. Under the guidance of the party’s basic line, they have actively carried out scientific experiments and technological innovations and have produced many achievements. One of them is the 14 KVA remote AC arc welding machine, which is a collective power that they have successfully researched, designed, and prototyped in the absence of any design information for reference. The remote AC arc welding machine developed successfully, eliminating the bridge or roof work on the welder in order to adjust the welding current to climb up and down, thus facilitating the operation, ensuring safety, help to improve work efficiency and quality. All the workers in the public works engineering system are constantly creating new technological experiences and innovations in scientific experiments, technological innovations and production practices.
