关于全民健身活动,笔者经过6年的社会实践和调查认为:①中国古老的太极拳在全民健身计划中有着显著的地位和作用。②“二十四式”太极拳能够锻炼中老年人身体,又能防治疾病。③建立科学地中老年人自我锻炼与自我评价的方法体系,是普及与提高全民身心素质,调节从事终身体育锻炼的主要手段和措施。
About the national fitness activities, the author after 6 years of social practice and investigation that: ① China’s ancient Taijiquan in the national fitness program has a prominent position and role. ② “Twenty-four type” Tai Chi can exercise the elderly body, but also prevent disease. ③ establish a scientific middle-aged and elderly self-training and self-evaluation method system is to popularize and improve the physical and mental quality of the people, regulating life-long physical exercise in the main means and measures.
