在刚刚结束的十八届三中全会上,深化教育领域综合改革中提出:创新高校人才培养机制,促进高校办出特色争创一流,高校教育要力争拓宽终身教育学习的道路。在树立终身教育理念,建立学习型社会的背景下,学生的学习能力,尤其是高校大学生的学习能力被提到了十分重要的地位。为全面贯彻党的教育方针,深化落实教育领域综合改革,高校的责任任重而道远。但是,目前我国高校大学生普遍存在学习积极性不高,学习能力不强等问题,学习能力不强导致无法适应高速发展的社会需求,无法贯彻落实素质教育,终身学习教育。本文通过对学生学习能力的问题研究进行综述,从宏观上总结概括出影响高校学生学习能力不强的五大因素,为寻求解决高校学生学习能力低的问题提供理论依据。

However, at present, undergraduates in colleges and universities in our country generally have such problems as low enthusiasm for learning and weak learning ability, lack of ability to learn, lack of social adaptability to rapid development, and failure to implement quality education and life-long learning and education. This article summarizes the researches on students ’learning ability problems, summarizes and summarizes the five factors which affect the students’ learning ability from a macro perspective, and provides a theoretical basis for solving the problems of low learning ability of college students.
