宁夏枸杞(LyciumbarbarumL)为二倍体,含籽量多,不便于深加工增值。为了培育出向市场提供优质的深加工枸杞新品种,采用倍性育种的方法,成功地培育出了三倍体无籽枸杞。本文就三倍体枸杞的形态特征、生长结果性状、产量、千粒重、果实、主要营养成份、适应性和抗性做了较全面深入的研究,同时提供了配套栽培技术,即增加枝条短截次数,使用植物生长延缓剂(多效唑)和叶面喷肥保花、保果增加产量,使三倍体枸杞新品种的推广成为可能。
Lycium barbarum (LyciumbarbarumL) is diploid, containing more seeds, not easy to value-added processing. In order to cultivate the market to provide quality deep processing of Chinese wolfberry new varieties, using ploidy breeding methods, successfully cultivated a triploid seedless Chinese wolfberry. In this paper, the morphological characteristics, growth traits, yield, grain weight, fruit, main nutrients, adaptability and resistance of triploid Chinese wolfberry were studied comprehensively and in depth. At the same time, the technology of matching cultivation was increased, , The use of plant growth retardants (paclobutrazol) and foliar spray to protect the flowers, fruits and increase yield, the triploid Chinese wolfberry promotion of new varieties possible.
