以闭孔珍珠岩为保温骨料,铝磷酸盐为结合剂,铝矾土为耐火骨料,制得一种闭孔珍珠岩保温冒口材料。经初期探索性试验及正交试验,研究了各因素对保温冒口材料性能及材料的微观形貌的影响。制备该保温冒口材料的最佳方案为:铝矾土100%,铝磷酸盐40%,闭孔珍珠岩30%,烧结温度1200℃,烧结时间120 min。此方案的材料各项性能指标为:抗压强度3.98 MPa,体积密度1.014 g/cm~3,材料的吸水率为16.1%,800℃环境下抗热震性循环达到20次以上,500℃的导热系数为0.281 W/(m·K)。
Perlite perlite as insulation aggregate, aluminophosphate as binder, bauxite as refractory aggregate, obtained a closed-cell perlite insulation riser material. After preliminary exploratory test and orthogonal experiment, the influence of various factors on the performance of thermal insulation riser material and the micro-morphology of the material was studied. The best scheme for preparing this thermal insulation riser material is: bauxite 100%, aluminum phosphate 40%, closed-cell perlite 30%, sintering temperature 1200 ℃, sintering time 120 min. The material properties of the scheme are: compressive strength 3.98 MPa, bulk density 1.014 g / cm ~ 3, water absorption rate of the material 16.1%, thermal shock resistance cycle up to 20 times at 800 ℃, 500 ℃ The thermal conductivity is 0.281 W / (m · K).
