几年来,按照《解放军报》社党委以基层工作报道为主的要求,我和其他同志一起,坚持以百分之七八十的工作时间活动在部队团以下单位,主要进行基层工作的报道。由于长期活动在基层,生活在广大群众中间,有较多的机会直接参与群众的斗争实践,使个人的思想作风受到了锻炼,基层工作的实际知识日益增长,报道质量逐步有所提高。正如有人所说,深入群众,以基层工作报道为主,是—条思想、知识、工作“三丰收”的途径。 In the past few years, in accordance with the requirements of the party committees under the leadership of the “Liberation Army Daily” on reporting at the grassroots level, I, along with other comrades, insisted on carrying out reports on grassroots work mainly at grassroots level units under the task force for 70-80% of the working hours. Since long-term activities are at the grassroots level and live among the broad masses, they have more opportunities to directly participate in the struggle of the masses, so that their personal ideological style has been tempered, the actual knowledge of grass-roots work has been growing, and the quality of their reports has gradually been raised. As some people have said, going deep into the masses and reporting mainly on grass-roots work are the means of “three harvests” of ideas, knowledge and work.
