为解决楚烽磷矿原有开采方法矿石回采率低、采空区处理难度大、贫富矿相间分布不利于分类利用等问题,结合楚烽磷矿的地质条件,对采矿方法进行了系统研究,提出了适用于楚烽磷矿安全高效生产的无轨运输、锚杆锚网锚索联合护顶分层开采的切顶房柱法。经过现场应用,结果表明:该采矿方法有效解决了厚大磷矿体开采的技术难题,使磷矿回收率提高到85%以上,盘区生产能力增加到900t/d,并解决了采场顶板支护难的问题,具有良好的推广应用价值。
In order to solve the problems of low recovery rate of ore in Chufeng Phosphorus mine, difficulty of goaf disposal and the unfavorable distribution of the rich and poor minerals, the paper studied systematically the mining methods based on the geological conditions of Chufeng Phosphate Mine , Puts forward the roofless pillars method suitable for the safe and efficient production of the Chu-Feng phosphate mine, and the roofless pillars method for the combined transportation of the roof anchor rod, the anchorage net and the anchor roof in the layered mining. After field application, the results show that the mining method effectively solves the technical problems of thick and large phosphate rock mining, increases the recovery rate of phosphate rock to over 85%, increases the production capacity of the plate to 900t / d, and solves the problems of stope roof Difficult to support the issue of a good promotion and application value.
