通过金属制品发生化学反应及电化学反应而生锈的机理,探讨金属制品的防锈方法。针对工业卷钉的特点,对金属制品不同防锈方法进行了分析、对比、筛选,优选出工业卷钉的最佳防锈方法为防锈漆法。根据工业卷钉对防锈漆的要求:快干、透明、金黄色、漆膜牢固、不易脱落等,简述了金黄色钉漆的研制、试验过程。结合钉漆使用过程中出现的卷钉浸漆后颜色发青、钉尖发白、结块、干燥时间较长等问题,经过上百次实验,最后总结归纳出浸漆效果与空气相对湿度关系的规律,配制防锈漆液的钉漆、稀释剂、防潮剂的最佳配比等。
