为了优化超声-微波协同提取黄芩中黄芩苷的工艺,试验利用Box-Benhnken中心组合设计原理和响应面分析法,在单因素基础上,以黄芩苷提取得率为响应值,选取乙醇浓度、料液比、微波频率和提取时间4个因素,研究各因素及其交互作用对黄芩苷提取得率的影响。结果表明:黄芩苷的最佳超声-微波协同提取条件为乙醇浓度71%、料液比1∶17、微波功率617 W、提取时间8 min,在此条件下,黄芩苷的提取得率为13.18%,与理论值(13.21%)的相对误差仅为0.25%。
In order to optimize the technology of ultrasonic-microwave extraction of baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, the Box-Benhnken central composite design principle and response surface methodology were used in the experiment. On the basis of single factor, the extraction yield of baicalin was taken as the response value. The ethanol concentration, Liquid ratio, microwave frequency and extraction time of four factors to study the factors and their interaction on the yield of baicalin extraction. The results showed that the best extraction conditions for baicalin were as follows: ethanol concentration 71%, solid-liquid ratio 1:17, microwave power 617 W and extraction time 8 min. The extraction yield of baicalin was 13.18 %, And the theoretical value (13.21%) relative error is only 0.25%.
