食品安全风险分析体系存在的问题探析

食品安全是一项基本的公共卫生问题,层出不穷的食品安全事件对各国食品安全管理者带来巨大挑战。风险分析是近20年来发展起来的一种为食品安全决策提供参考的系统化、规范化方法,并已被各国普遍接受,不仅促进了公众健康,也扩大了国际食品贸易。但在风险分析体系的实践过程中,仍然不断暴露出理论体系存在的问题,无论是风险评估、风险管理还是风险交流部分,都显露出值得我们重视、探讨和完善的细节,尤其是缺乏对食品中多种危害物联合作用的风险评估,本文对所发现的问题作一表述。 Food safety is a basic public health issue. An endless stream of food safety incidents pose a great challenge to food safety regulators in many countries. Risk analysis is a systematic and standardized method that has been developed in recent 20 years to provide reference for food safety decision-making. It has been universally accepted by all countries, which not only promotes public health but also expands the international food trade. However, in the practice of risk analysis system, the problems still exist in the theoretical system continue to emerge. Whether it is risk assessment, risk management or risk exchange, some details that deserve our attention, discussion and improvement are revealed. In particular, In a variety of hazards combined risk assessment, the paper made a statement of the problems found.
