通过对 U75V 钢轨试样在不同的变形温度、变形速率、变形量三种条件下进行试验,观察了不同变形条件对试样珠光体显微组织一珠光体晶粒度和片间距的影响,研究了微合金元素对重轨钢性能的影响,得出了以下结论:①对于舍 V 微合全的 U75V 钢轨动态再结晶主要发生在变形温度较高、变形速率较低、变形量较大的情况下。②在一定的变形温度和变形量的条件下,随着变形速率的降低,动态再结晶发生的可能性越大。应力峰值和临界应变值减小。③发生动态再结晶后的奥氏体晶粒在空冷以后得到的珠光体组织为索氏体,其珠光体团的尺寸和珠光体的片间距都比较细小。
The effects of different deformation conditions on the grain size and interlaminar spacing of pearlite microstructure-pearlite were investigated by testing U75V rail specimens under different deformation temperature, deformation rate and deformation. The effects of microalloyed elements on the properties of heavy rail steel are summarized and the following conclusions are drawn: (1) The dynamic recrystallization of U75V rail with micro-alloying is mainly at the condition of higher deformation temperature, lower deformation rate and larger deformation under. ② With a certain deformation temperature and deformation conditions, with the reduction of deformation rate, the greater the possibility of dynamic recrystallization. Stress peaks and critical strain values decrease. ③ Occurred after dynamic recrystallization of austenite grains obtained after air cooling pearlite is sorbite, the size of the pearlite group and the spacing of pearlite are relatively small.
