少数民族传统体育运动的产生、发展,带有人类特定时期活动的痕迹。各少数民族在日常生活中为了谋求生活、发展以及自我保护,长期稳定的民风、民俗流传下来形成浓厚色彩及强健体魄、娱乐身心的各种活动形成少数民族体育的基本内容。随着我国经济的飞速发展与科技的日益发达、现代人的身心需要、西方体育的同化、体育全球化以及民族体育本身场地器材受限等等方面的因素,我国少数民族传统体育的发展与传承受到一定的冲击与阻碍,其发展与传承的渠道变得非常狭窄。针对以上现象进行分析,探讨少数民族传统体育在传播过程中的制约因素,为民族体育的推广献言荐策。

In view of the above phenomenon, this paper discusses the restrictive factors of ethnic minority traditional sports in the process of their dissemination and offers advice and suggestions on the promotion of national sports.
