一、系统概述晶体生长中的退火、极化要求按一定的生产工艺对炉体温度进行控制,而温度控制的好坏会直接影响到晶体的质量。本控制系统不仅克服了常规模拟仪表中工艺曲线设置困难、参数不易改变、控温精度低、数据记录不完整等缺陷,而且能同时对16台高温电加热炉实现集中控制与管理。
