笔者针对航空军医队伍中存在的问题进行分析后，提出相应的６项改进对策：①创造条件，使航空军医的在职专业培训形成制度，固定执行。空军和军区空军应坚持每年举办航医训练班，机关给予经费支持，编发统一教材，作为一项指令性任务检查评定培训效果；②打通航空军医队伍的流通环节，将对航医的表彰和提拔交流形成制度。每年表彰一批工作优秀的航医和航医室，选其中突出者向高层次的专业部门推荐；③将航医抽调到医院、卫生队，委以一定职务，给他们创造锻炼行政管理能力的机会，以便提升使用；④由院校毕业的军医，首先要到飞行部队当航医，解决空军的临床工作与航卫工作“两张皮”的问题，使空军军医都懂得航医工作，形成航医群体；⑤增设基层单位的高级职称名额，给多年从事航卫工作的老航医以特别照顾。开设医疗管理研究生班，培养高级管理人才；⑥制订航医对飞行员实施健康教育的职责和教育大纲，提高飞行人员的航空卫生知识水平并使之养成科学的生活习惯。
After analyzing the problems existing in the aviation medical team, the author put forward six corresponding improvement measures: (1) To create the conditions for the formation of a system of in-service professional training for aviation military doctors, and to implement it in a fixed manner. To establish postgraduate classes in medical management and train senior management personnel; To formulate responsibilities and education programs for aviation and aviation pilots to carry out health education; to enhance the aviation health knowledge of pilots and to develop them into scientific living habits.
