目的:探讨阳和汤药组配伍对H_(22)荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及IL-2、IL-4的影响。方法:建立H_(22)荷瘤小鼠动物模型,运用阳和汤温补肾阳药组和阳和汤温阳散寒药组及二者合用药组水煎液灌胃给药观察肿瘤质量的变化,检测各组小鼠血清IL-2和IL-4的含量。结果:3组药物对H_(22)荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长均有抑制作用(P<0.05),都能使小鼠血清IL-2水平升高(P<0.05),IL-4水平降低(P<0.05);与阳和汤温补肾阳药组比较,阳和汤温阳散寒药组和二者合用药组的抑瘤作用更明显(P<0.01),且能显著降低小鼠血清IL-4水平(P<0.01)。结论:阳和汤中温补肾阳药组和温阳散寒药组及二者合用药组均具有抑制H_(22)荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长的作用,使荷瘤机体IL-2水平升高和IL-4水平降低可能与其抑瘤作用机制有关。在肿瘤发生早期,阳和汤温阳散寒药组和二者合用药组较强的抑瘤作用机制可能与其明显降低荷瘤机体的IL-4水平有关。
Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor effect of IL-2 and IL-4 on the compatibility of Yanghe decoction with H22 tumor-bearing mice. Methods: The animal model of H22 tumor-bearing mice was established. The changes of tumor mass were observed by gavage with decoction of Yanghe Decoction, Shenyang Decoction and Yangyang Decoction, Yangyang Decoction, The contents of IL-2 and IL-4 in serum of mice in each group were detected. Results: The three groups of drugs inhibited the tumor growth in H22 tumor-bearing mice (P <0.05), both of which increased the levels of IL-2 and IL-4 (P <0.05). Compared with Yangxue Decoction and Bushenyangyin Decoction, the anti-tumor effect of Yanghe Decoction and Wenxiazanxiaoxue Decoction combined with the combination of the two drugs was more significant (P <0.01), and could significantly reduce the serum IL -4 level (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Yanghe Decoction, Zhongwen Bu Shen Yang Yang Decoction, Wen Yang San Han Decoction and both combination groups can inhibit tumor growth in H22 tumor-bearing mice and increase the level of IL-2 in tumor-bearing mice The decreased level of IL-4 may be related to its anti-tumor mechanism. In the early stage of tumorigenesis, the strong anti-tumor effect mechanism of Yanghe Decoction, Wenyangxiaowanji Decoction and the combination of the two may be related to its obvious reduction of IL-4 level in tumor-bearing body.
