小班化背景下小学语文教学探究

小班化教学班级规模小、学生数量少、教育质量更有保障,它是我国当今优化教育的一项重要改革措施。对于小学语文教师而言,小班化教学对于提高教学质量以及学生学习效果显然是更有利的。但是,在小学语文教学中,要想真正凸显小班化教学的优势,教师还需要进行有针对性的研究和教学。一、小班化教学的基本特征1.个别化教学小班化教学,班级管理灵活性较大,师生距离有效拉近,语文教学更具操作性。个别化教学也得以实现,不仅是一师 Small class teaching small scale, a small number of students, the quality of education more secure, it is China’s current optimization of education is an important reform measure.
