目的探讨高频超声在甲状腺癌诊断中的价值。方法对经手术和病理证实的60例甲状腺癌及46例甲状腺腺瘤的二维声像图及彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)表现进行比较分析。结果甲状腺癌表现为周边无声晕、低回声及微钙化灶的检出率分别为83.33%(50/60)、71.67(43/60)和60.00%(36/60),甲状腺癌的CDFI大多表现为血流丰富,且肿瘤内部血流多于肿瘤周边血流,与甲状腺腺瘤有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论结合二维声像图及CDFI表现,对甲状腺癌可以做出较准确的诊断。
Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods Two-dimensional sonography and color Doppler ultrasonography (CDFI) were performed in 60 cases of thyroid carcinoma and 46 cases of thyroid adenoma confirmed by operation and pathology. Results The detection rate of peripheral echocardiography was 83.33% (50/60), 71.67 (43/60) and 60.00% (36/60) respectively. Most of thyroid cancer patients showed CDFI For the blood flow is rich, and the blood flow inside the tumor is more than the tumor peripheral blood flow, and thyroid adenoma have significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion Combined with two-dimensional sonography and CDFI performance, thyroid cancer can make a more accurate diagnosis.
