我院肿瘤科是按院内股份制组建的,并在短时间内筹资15.5万元。投入运转以来,取得明显效益。在实践中,我们感到,一院两制,办股份制科室很有好处,值得借鉴。 首先,股份制科室是调动医务人员积极性的好形式。股份制将国家、集体和职工的利益融为一体,入股的职工都是股东,都有一定的生产资料所有权和利益分配权。在平等互利的基础上,共同投资,共同经营,共担风险,实现了劳动者和生产资料的直接结合。使国家、集体、个人三者利益紧密联系在一起,从而增强了主人翁意识,风险意识,增强了责任感。充分挖掘了潜力,提高了效率。
