简述了催化蒸馏技术在蒸汽裂解C3 馏分选择加氢过程中的应用,介绍了研制高活性、高选择性且满足机械强度要求的填料型选择加氢催化剂的过程,进行了催化剂流体力学性能的测试与关联,实验结果表明:采用催化蒸馏对蒸汽裂解C3 馏分进行选择加氢处理具有丙烯收率高、催化剂上不易结焦、稳定性好、过程容易控制等优点。
The application of catalytic distillation technology in the selective hydrogenation of steam cracked C3 fraction is briefly introduced. The process of selecting filler type selective hydrogenation catalyst with high activity and high selectivity and meeting the mechanical strength requirements is introduced.
