机车主接触器的联锁触头支架刚性不足,易疲劳,不能及时恢复分离、压紧的工作状态,致使辅助正、反联锁触头不能正常接触。这个缺陷直接导致机车不起车、不换向、联锁触头烧损,影响机车正常运行,大大降低了拖运效率。针对机车主接触器辅助部件及联锁机构的技术改进,使其故障率大为减少,配件的支出费用大幅降低。
